"The Boot Camp I did with Bex between October to December 2014 changed my life.  Bex got me to do things (like jumping onto a box - my personal challenge) that I thought I would never do.  She "cured" my knees (hallelujah !!! :), gave me confidence to stick it out, raised my awareness of what was going into my mouth and boosted my fitness from middle aged, desk-guy levels to middle-age still desk guy, but now exercising regularly and feeling a lot better for it. Mixed level classes were great, we had a supportive "family" feel and we had a good time flogging ourselves at Bex' unforgiving mercy.  Recommend the whole 10 weeks!"

Rebecca has been my trainer for a year or so now and the results I’ve seen have made us both proud. Rebecca is an easily approachable person who always has a smile on her face and is always willing to go out of her way to help others. She offers different options and workouts to suit the person’s lifestyle and also what they are aiming for in their fitness. Rebecca can also help with motivation which I really needed personally and also determination in what you want to achieve in fitness. I have been training to join the navy in September. With her help I have lost about 7-10% of my body fat percentage, I have gained in muscle mass and have become a lot more physically fit which I need for the navy. Through my training I don’t see Rebecca as just my trainer but as a friend as well who can always help me if I have a question etc which helps during my workouts and fitness activities.

Bootcamp with Bex was great for me. I had been out of high school for just over a year I was still going to the gym but I was no where near as fit as what I used to be when I was playing netball and doing triathlons. I wanted to do something to get my fitness up as I was lacking the motivation. I went into the gym one day and saw there was a notice up about bootcamp so I signed up. Bex was the trainer/instructor, she was always the friendly face around the gym. She approached me and told me all the information about it. I was quite excited as I had never done a bootcamp before and was ready to get my fitness and health back to where I wanted it to be. The first day of was an introduction and we met everyone and got our base line fitness levels. Then we got straight into it. From there I kept seeing positive results. Bootcamp is for anyone and everyone as Bex provides a level for all abilities. We all became close, had fun and enjoyed our time at bootcamp as we were motivated and supported by not only Bex but everyone else that did bootcamp.
